The “Face it” Poetry Competition

In 2009 members of the Daveyton Ubuntu Club identified an interest in poetry. Subsequently a national poetry competition was held in order to give a voice to children around the country. Over 500 children participated expressing their feelings around violence in South Africa. A book is due to be published featuring the best submissions.
